Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of protection for your profile page that guarantees no one but you may access it even if your password is compromised.
The access code will be delivered to the Authy app that you should install either on your personal computer as a browser extension or on your smartphone as a downloadable app.
You may change your password on the "Privacy" page in your account Settings tab. If you are unable to log in, you may use the "Forgot your password?" link to reclaim your password.
You may recover your password by using the "Forgot your password?" link on the log in page. Password recovery process is done through email tied to your user profile.
To delete your SIMEX account you must submit an account deletion request to our support team (email@example.com). Be sure to include a clear picture of yourself holding your passport or ID at face level. Your passport must have your name, photo, and serial number displayed clearly. The passport info should be similar to the info used in your SIMEX profile page.
Deleting your account will not delete any published projects on the platform created by you.
