Account

Account Safety

To raise the security of your account you may activate the two-factor authentication.

Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of protection for your profile page that guarantees no one but you may access it even if your password is compromised.

The access code will be delivered to the Authy app that you should install either on your personal computer as a browser extension or on your smartphone as a downloadable app.

Changing your password

You may change your password on the "Privacy" page in your account Settings tab. If you are unable to log in, you may use the "Forgot your password?" link to reclaim your password.

Password Recovery

You may recover your password by using the "Forgot your password?" link on the log in page. Password recovery process is done through email tied to your user profile.

Account Deletion

To delete an account on SIMEX, you need to send a request for deletion to the support service (support@simex.global) and attach a clear photo, holding at face level passport and a sheet with the inscription "SIMEX, date" (specify the date at the time when the photo was taken). The passport must be clearly visible name, photo, series and passport number. The data must match the data in your account.

Delegate Account Trading

You can simply delegate your account to more professional trader:


Chose from menu "Exchange":

Choose Exchange

Choose "Management":

Choose Maagement

Press [Create] button:

Clock on [Create]

Add traders account email and confirm by entering your password:

Enter your password to confirm
